#1 The Pepper Sessions
November 1966. Olivia Dennet is 15 and starts work experience at the EMI Music Studios in London. She brings her dog Pepper with her and records her lessons on a Phonotrix tape recorder. Luckily Olivia becomes the tape operator on the Beatles sessions, and learns how to make a creative record from balance engineer Geoff Emerick and a&r manager George Martin…but she would have never thought that her dog Pepper would make music history!
