#1 The Pepper Sessions
In November 1966 fifteen year old Olivia starts work experience at the EMI Music Studios in London. She brings along her dog Pepper and records everything on her Phonotrix tape recorder. Olivia becomes the tape operator on the Beatles sessions, and learns how to make a creative record from balance engineer Geoff Emerick and producer George Martin…but she would have never thought that her dog Pepper would make music history!
